This Privacy Policy explains how Prestige Collective Real Estate collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit prestigecollective.ae, submit an enquiry, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
We are a licensed real estate brokerage based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and we process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “PDPL”).

2. What personal data we collect
Information you give us directly. When you complete the enquiry form on our website, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, the type of service you are interested in (buying, renting, selling, consulting, relocation or investing) and the areas or communities you are interested in. If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we collect the contact details you use and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Our website uses Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the site. This collects technical and usage data such as your approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google truncates), device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them and the site or search that referred you. This data is used in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you personally.
Information we may receive from third parties. If you enquire about a property through a portal or listing platform, or are referred to us by a developer or a mutual contact, we may receive your contact details and enquiry from them.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18, and we do not collect sensitive personal data such as health, biometric, religious or political information.
3. Why we use your personal data
- To respond to your enquiry and to advise you on buying, selling, leasing or investing in property
- To match you with suitable properties, listings and off-plan opportunities
- To arrange and conduct viewings, meetings and property inspections
- To prepare, negotiate and progress offers, tenancy contracts and sale and purchase agreements
- To carry out the identity, anti-money-laundering and know-your-client checks required of licensed brokerages in the UAE
- To meet our legal, regulatory, tax and record-keeping obligations, including those imposed by ADREC
- To send you property updates and market information, where you have asked to receive them
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve our website
4. Our legal basis for processing
Under the PDPL we rely on the following grounds:
- Your consent — when you submit an enquiry form or ask to receive property updates. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract — where we are acting for you or taking steps at your request in a transaction.
- Compliance with a legal obligation — including brokerage regulation, anti-money-laundering rules and tax law.
- Our legitimate interests — in operating and securing our business and website, where this does not override your rights.
5. Who we share your personal data with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We share it only where necessary, and only with:
- Property developers, landlords, sellers and their agents — where you have asked us to make an enquiry, register your interest, submit an offer or arrange a viewing on your behalf. We share only what is needed for that purpose, and we tell you when we are doing so.
- Government and regulatory bodies — including ADREC and the Abu Dhabi Municipality, where a transaction requires registration, or where we are legally required to disclose information.
- Professional advisers — such as conveyancers, legal advisers, mortgage brokers and banks, where you ask us to involve them.
- Service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — our website host and email provider (Hostinger) and our website analytics provider (Google). These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes, except as described in their own terms for analytics data.
6. International transfers
Our website hosting, email and analytics providers operate infrastructure outside the United Arab Emirates, so your personal data may be stored or processed in other countries. Where personal data leaves the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with the PDPL, including by using established providers who offer contractual data-protection commitments.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Where a transaction proceeds, we keep transaction and client-verification records for the period required by UAE brokerage, anti-money-laundering and tax law. When personal data is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is processed
- request access to the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- request that your data be deleted, where we are not required to keep it
- request that we restrict how we process your data
- object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests
- request that your data be transferred to you or to another party in a structured format
- withdraw your consent at any time, including to marketing
- lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office

9. Marketing
We will only send you property updates or marketing messages where you have asked to receive them, or where you have enquired with us about a similar service. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing info@prestigecollective.ae. Opting out of marketing does not stop us contacting you about an active enquiry or transaction.
10. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to function and to keep it secure and fast. Others are set by Google Analytics to measure how the site is used.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
11. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections to our website (HTTPS), access controls on our systems and email accounts, and limiting access to client information to those in our team who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify you and the UAE Data Office of a personal data breach where the law requires it.
12. Links to other websites
Our website and our communications may link to developer websites, property portals and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
